The perfect option for applying grommets on pre-installed substrates. The CSHAP-1 is light-weight (1.5 lbs) making it ideal for setting metal grommets on the go with a single hand in locations where access to use a grommet attaching press is not possible.

Die Notes: The CSHAP-1 takes special dies and cannot use the standard press self-piercing die sets (dies sold separately or purchase a kit with the pliers, die, and grommets) The ClipsShop portable grommet hand pliers cannot attach grommets without the setter dies.

CSHAP-1 is designed for mobile grommet settings of #1 and #2 dies in locations when it is impractical or impossible to use a press. Grommets are set by the hand pressure applied by the operator. The operator controls the pressure applied. The consistency of the grommet application is dependent on the pressure applied by the operator.
