For the 1st step, place a washer on the lower die, insert your material, and cut the hole through the fabric. Next, without moving the position of the substrate, place the grommet on the lower die directly over the hole. Make a second cycle or impression with your grommet machine press and set the grommet through the hole.
Rather than falling in the way, the scraps of fabric collect in the upper die. After attaching approximately 15–20 eyelets, remove the stack of pieces from the upper die and continue setting non-rusting brass ClipsShop metal grommets
