Grommet cutter hole-piercing die to pre-pierce a hole in the material prior to setting and attaching ClipsShop #12 (40 mm) metal grommets with the CSBUR-1 strong hand press. #12 grommets have a 1.5" (1-1/2"), (1 1/2) hole size inside diameter.

Note: #12 brass metal grommets are NOT self-piercing. Use this #12 hole cutting/piercing die (ClipsShop model CSDIE-12P) to cut a hole in the material before applying, setting, or attaching the brass curtain grommets.

After the hole is cut in the material with this ClipsShop CSDIE-1P hole cutter die (or by some other method), then use the ClipsShop #12 setter/attacher die (Model CSDIE-12A) to set the grommets to the material. If you have another method to cut or pierce the hole in the material substrate prior to setting and attaching the grommet then the #12 cutting/piercing die is not required.

Regardless of how the hole is made in the substrate material, the grommet attaching setting die is used to attach and set ClipsShop #12 (40 mm) metal grommets. #12 grommets have a 1.5" (1-1/2"), (1 1/2) hole size inside diameter


This die will work with the following machines:

• CS-PIC-2

This die will NOT work with or fit the CS-TIDY-41, CS-TIDY-51, CSTON-1, CSTEP-2, CSTEP-1 grommet machines and presses.
