The 80mm acrylic finger guard with metal mounting bracket and OSHA danger warning label is to be used with ClipsShop CS-TIDY SERIES pneumatic grommet setting machine. This finger guard is integral to safe operation of the CS-TIDY-41 & CS-TIDY-51 pneumatic machines when used with #7.5, #8.5 & #12 two-step cutting & attaching dies for large grommets & curtain eyelets
NOTE: This finger guard is put on the CS-TIDY-41 and CS-TIDY-51 in place of the standard finger guard to accommodate the large 2-step dies for #7.5, #8.5 & #12 grommets. The standard 1 1/2" (40mm) finger guard is 1 1/2" in diameter to be used with self-piercing grommet dies and self-cleaning CS-TIDY dies but is not large enough in diameter to accommodate the 2-step grommet cutter attacher dies for 1", 1 1/8" and 1 1/2" ID grommets.
NOTE: If you operate your CS-TIDY-41 or CS-TIDY-51 without a finger guard, you do so at your own risk. The use of the finger guard is required by OSHA for operator safety.
